Keith Willmott Marine, in association with Bristol Yacht Brokerage, is an RYA recognised Teaching Centre for Powerboat Level 1 and 2 plus the ICC test. Dayskipper and Yachtmaster theory courses together with the inland waterway CEVNI test can also be obtained at this centre.

I can also offer tailored refresher /top up sessions on any topic covered in the RYA theory syllabus.
If you have found that over time you have became a little rusty, just pick a topic and I will stay with you for as long as it takes for you to feel confident again, it won’t take long.

As a commercial yachtmaster (power) I am able to offer:

• Practical help and own boat tuition - Have you just bought your first vessel, or are you an infrequent sailor and need to regain confidence with handling, rules of the road etc?

• Would you like an assisted passage from port to port, you’re in charge! I’ll stand by to give practical help, tuition or advice as required. If you are a little unsure, together we will build your confidence.

• I can also help with passage planning. If you are planning a trip and are unsure of the details we can sit down and tailor a course to suit your requirements. After I show you how, you will be confident to do your own planning in the future. You will find that everything becomes commonplace when explained.

• I can also deliver your vessel if you have little time to do it yourself.
